Clear communication builds trust — and protects your business. Whether it’s cancellation policies, payment terms, service warranties, or disclaimers, having your terms built into your workflow can save time and help prevent misunderstandings.
With Payments Manager+, you can upload your own terms and policies so they’re automatically included in your estimates and invoices. That means less manual work for you, and a more professional experience for your customers.
Why it matters
Adding terms directly to your payment flow helps you:
- Set clear expectations with customers before work begins
- Include terms automatically on estimates and invoices
- Reduce disputes and chargebacks by capturing agreement up front
- Operate more efficiently with a polished, consistent process
How to add a policy
- Go to Settings > Terms and Policies
- Click Add Condition/Policy
- Fill in the required fields, including the full text of your terms
- Toggle Set to Default if you want all customers to agree to this policy before completing any payment
Note: You can apply one condition and one policy per payment. Customers will be prompted to review and accept them before submitting payment.
