Welcome to Payments Manager+ — we’re so glad you’re here! Let’s walk through the steps to get your account set up and ready to go.
🔑 Step 1: Verify your account
Check your email inbox for an invitation to set up your account. Click the Verify My Account button in the email to begin. You’ll be redirected to the setup page.
✅ Step 2: Accept the Terms
Tick the checkbox that says “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions stated,” then select Accept.
🔐 Step 3: Set your password
Create your password and confirm it by entering it again in the confirmation field. Select Submit to continue.
⏳ Step 4: Portal setup in progress
You’ll see a page indicating that we’re preparing your portal. Hang tight!
📬 Step 5: Watch for a welcome email
Within about 30 minutes, you’ll receive an email from noreply@mg.paymentsmanagerplus.email with the subject line: Welcome to your Payments Manager+ Portal! This means your portal is ready to use.
🔓 Step 6: Log in to your portal
Click the link in the welcome email to open your portal and log in using the email and password you created during setup. You’ll also receive an email with your login information and mobile app credentials.
🔁 Step 7: Enter your one-time password
You’ll be prompted to enter a one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your email. This added step helps keep your account secure.
🛠️ Step 8: Select your portal features
On your first login, you’ll see the Feature Selection page. Choose the features you want to use, then click Save Settings.
If you’re not ready to choose, click Skip for now — the page will reappear next time you log in. You can always update this later via Settings > Configuration > Features.
🏁 Step 9: Go to your Dashboard
A quick reminder about where to change your feature selections will display. Click Continue to Dashboard to start using your new account!
Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
As part of your first login, Payments Manager+ requires you to enroll in one of two MFA methods. Here’s how to complete that process:
🔐 Step 1: Sign in
Open your merchant portal and click Sign in to Payments Manager+ on the login page.
📧 Step 2: Enter login credentials
Enter your existing email and password to begin MFA enrollment.
🪪 Step 3: Verify your identity
You’ll receive a security code at your email address. Enter the code and click Verify to confirm your identity.
🚀 Step 4: Begin MFA enrollment
You’ll now be prompted to add MFA. Click Get Started.
📱 Step 5: Choose your MFA method
Select your preferred method of authentication — either Authenticator App or Text Message, then click Continue.
⚠️ You can only enroll in one MFA method, and this will be the only method used for future logins.
Text Message
- Enter your mobile number
- Click Send Code
- When the code arrives, enter it and click Verify
Authenticator App
- Open your Authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator)
- Scan the QR code or manually enter the setup key
- Enter the rolling code from the app into the login screen and click Verify
✅ Step 6: You're all set!
Once verified, you’ll be taken to your merchant portal Dashboard.
