To view your account, select Account Settings from the left menu. Here you will be able to see information about your account including Company Information, Contact Information, and your Address.
If you are an account owner, and your account has been active for at least 6 months, you have the ability to make changes to various parts of your account, including
- DBA Name Change
- Contact Update
- Bank Account Change
- Address Change
- Phone Number Change
If you wish to make a change, select the blue Request Change button on the upper right of your screen.
On the following page, you will need to verify your identity.
Provide your
- Federal EIN
- Current Bank Account Number
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
On the next screen, identify what you would like changed. You are given the following options
- DBA/Legal Name.
- Bank Account
- DBA/Legal Address
- Contacts
- Business Phone
Select the checkbox next to each of the items that you would like to change, and select Continue. (For the purpose of this guide, we will include all items; you may select any of or all of these if you choose).
Provide your new DBA Name and Legal Name:
Provide your new DBA Address and Legal Address
Provide your new Bank Account information.
Provide your new Contact Details:
Provide your new Business Phone number.
When you are ready, select Continue.
On the next page, you will need to read and confirm that you have read the terms and conditions for making these changes.
When you are ready, select I Agree.
You will then receive a Success message.
The information will be sent to our team, and it will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You can download a PDF copy of your changes for your records by selecting Download PDF. You can then select the Return to Dashboard button to return to your main page.
