If you utilize Heartland Restaurant's Point of Sale product, when onboarding employees, you may wish to associate them with a specific Point of Sale (POS).

Under Onboard New Employee, where you enter the Pay Group Fields you have the option of including this information. The POS fields are available on the right-hand side of the screen

If you have more than one location, select the checkbox next to the location for this person.

Fields that you can enter include:

• Login PIN
• Language
• Phone number
• Number of daily hours before overtime begins
• Active (which allows the staff member to access the POS)
• Job Type
• Regular rate
• Overtime Rate
• Permission
• Report Access
