The sidebar provides links to all pages within the Virtual Terminal application. Depending on the configurations set up for your merchant account, you may or may not see links described here in this documentation.
Click on the section header to expand the list of pages, then click the link to navigate to that specific page.
Select the Transactions section to initiate a transaction.
- Make Sale: Selecting this option will initiate a blind pay transaction using your keyboard or PIN Pad (if applicable).
- Bill Search: When enabled, this option will replace the standard Make Sale option and allow you to search for an uploaded bill.
This area allows you to add customer profiles, store their payment methods, and initiate payments using those payment methods.
The sidebar also contains the Device Service monitor. This monitor displays the current status of the service and the connected PIN Pad (if you are using one).
There are two options available under the Support module of the sidebar.
- Directs you to a page with the support phone and email address:
Download Device Service
- Directs you to the Install page for the Bill Pay Device Service. This is only required for Ingenico Pin Pads.
