Bill Pay Product Support
In addition to the 24/7/365 customer support offered to all Heartland clients, merchants and reps can get support specifically for Bill Pay by calling (866) 801-4757 from 8AM to 7PM Eastern, or by emailing productopsbillingsolutions@e-hps.com.
Bill Pay User Accounts
Employees who are provided Bill Pay User Accounts are assigned a role based on the tasks they need to complete. During the merchant boarding process, at least one Group Administrator was created for your account. Your Group Administrator(s) may add, edit, and deactivate Bill Pay User Accounts as needed without contacting the Bill Pay Client Service Team.
