You cannot make adjustments to transactions from previous days, but you can view and print them.
- In the POS, select the menu icon the top right corner. The app displays a list of options.
- Select Reports. A list of available reports displays in the left-hand panel.
- Select Transactions. The Transactions Report screen displays.
- Select the Date Range. The Date panel displays.
- In the Date panel, select a date or set a date range, and then select Run. The report displays as a list of transactions. If necessary, you can use the Staff and Transactions lists to filter the report to include only certain types of transactions (such as credit, cash, or house accounts) or transactions performed by specific staff members.
- In the report, select the ticket number of the desired transaction. A detailed view of the ticket opens.
- Select View Original. The ticket displays in the Ticket Preview screen.
- Select the correct transaction. The details of the transaction display.
- To print the ticket, select Print.
- When prompted, select a printer to print the ticket or Preview to view a preview of the printed ticket.
