There are two (2) ways to resend a Payment Link via SMS:
1. From the list of Payment Links
2. From viewing a Payment Link
FROM THE LIST OF PAYMENT LINKS
Step 1
To resend Payment Link via SMS, select from the list of Payment Links and select the mobile icon under Actions column.
A confirmation slide-out will appear. Enter the mobile number you want to send the Payment Link to.
NOTE: Mobile number field will be pre-populated when selected Payment Link is already designated to a customer with mobile number available.
Select Send.
A message will appear when sending Payment Link via SMS is successful.
NOTE: You will encounter a different alert prompt when customer’s mobile number is not yet opted in to Payments Manager+ SMS alerts.

Step 4
Select OK.
FROM VIEWING A PAYMENT LINK
Step 1
Select a Payment Link you want to view and send to a customer by selecting the eye icon (👁) under Actions column.
Step 2
On Edit Payment Link slide-out modal, select Send via SMS button.
NOTE: When mobile number field is empty, Send via SMS button will be disabled. Add a mobile number when Payment Link is not yet designated to a customer with mobile number.
A message will appear when sending Payment Link via SMS is successful.
NOTE: You will receive a success message if the customer’s number is opted in to Payments Manager+ SMS alerts. Customer will not be able to receive any alert if the customer is not yet opted in.

Select OK.
