Step 1

Each component has their own API name. To be able to get the field components' API name, simply drag and drop the selected component on the form builder space.

Step 2

Copy or take note of the API name used in the form.

(e.g. In the example below, component used is Multiple Product and has been renamed from productfield to multipleproduct.)
