Before performing sales transactions, configure the POS on each iPad to use a specific default register printer. The POS requires a default register printer in order to use an attached cash drawer or to print guest checks.
- In the POS, select the menu icon in the top right corner. The app displays a list of options.
- Select Manager, and then Printers. The POS displays a list of available printers.
- Select Use to choose your printer template.
- Select a printer in Default Register Printer.
If no templates display, select (in order):- New Template.
- The applicable rooms.
- The printer
- Enable.
- Save.
