Payroll → Time Entry → Time Entry Grid

The Change Template view will adjust what earnings or deductions are visible in the Time Entry Grid. [See Time Entry Options, Templates, & Settings for modifying and creating templates].

💡 Don’t see a specific earning or deduction in your Time Entry Grid? Select the ALL template to display all earnings, deductions, and applicable taxes currently set up on your account.  If you need a new earning or deduction added, contact your Payroll Support Team, they are happy to help!  Once it has been added, you’ll see it on your account going forward.
