On the Dashboard, you can download a 12-month payroll processing schedule which automatically adjusts for holidays based on your payroll schedule settings. The schedule is helpful for keeping track of upcoming payroll processing dates on the administrative side; feel free to provide a copy to employees to keep them informed of pay periods and check dates.

Federal bank holidays will be listed on your Dashboard and could impact your payroll run and check dates. If a bank holiday falls on your regular check date, you will want to consider moving both your processing date and check date a day earlier. Your schedule will auto-adjust based on your account settings.

Upcoming Anniversaries in the next 30 days will show here, along with Birthdays, as long as the employee’s date of birth is saved in their profile.
