If you know your username and have access to the email address associated with your account, use the Forgot password? feature to reset your password.
- Select Forgot password? at the bottom of the login screen.
- Enter your username or email address, and then select Continue. An email with the username and password change link will be sent to the entered email address or the one associated with the username.
- Select the link in the email. Enter the New Password, Confirm Password, and then select Set Password.
Note: The new password must adhere to password requirements and the entries must match to set the password.
