Account-related notes from Heartland will be visible here. You’ll see “No Records Found” if there are no applicable notes. The notes could include specific payroll rules your organization requested to have visible, a general reminder from your Payroll Support Team, or a universal reminder for each processing.

Example of a Client Note:

Your organization has requested an account reminder. This note type is for the payroll processor to allocate the amounts to the proper earning. 

The Per Diem is for lodging, meals, and mileage payments to the employee. The Reimbursement is for employee repayments, business expenses, and when an employee uses their personal car for company mileage.
