We highly recommend reviewing the following reports before processing:
Payroll Register: A per-check breakdown of employee earnings, deductions, and taxes.
Payroll Summary: A cash requirement report with the total amount needed to fund the payroll.
Exceptions: A report to alert you of critical information you may need to contact us about, such as taxes not being withheld for a particular state or tax variances.
Select the desired report from the dropdown and select Go.
💡 After your initial review, if you make any changes in Payroll Entry or an employee’s profile, always select Preview Payroll again to regenerate the reports with the most up-to-date payroll data.
If you do NOT select Preview Payroll again, the reports will remain the same as the first preview.
