Reports → On Demand Reports → Date Range Reports tab
Date Range Reports allow you to run a report for a specified date range. All reports are available as PDFs; specific reports can be downloaded as an Excel file.
Review the dates being entered: It is important to remember that Heartland Reports are driven by the Check Date, not the Pay Period. When running a date range report, select dates encompassing the check date(s) related to the pay period(s).
Date Range Report Example
Employee Ryder Representative has requested a Date Range Report of their Check History for the past 3 months for a Lease Application.
Report Name: Check History Detail
From/To Date: Input the date range requested.
Pay Groups: Select the pay group that applies to the employee.
Employee: Select the employee.
|Sorting||Sort up to three fields. Use this section as needed.|
Date Type: Pay Date or Period Ending Date will vary depending on the report selected. We recommend using pay dates (check dates), as this is the date used by the IRS for reporting because the funds are considered received by the employee.
Report Format: PDF or Excel.
