Reports → On Demand Reports → Date Range Reports tab
Date Range Reports allow you to run a report for a specified date range. All reports are available as PDFs; specific reports can be downloaded as an Excel file.
Review the dates being entered: It is important to remember that Heartland Reports are driven by the Check Date, not the Pay Period. When running a date range report, select dates encompassing the check date(s) related to the pay period(s).
Date Range Report Example
Employee Ryder Representative has requested a Date Range Report of their Check History for the past 3 months for a Lease Application.
