Employees → General → Banking tab
To edit the current banking information, select the Pencil icon under Actions on the right side of the screen.
Editing the current banking information will update the current information for the employee.
- Inactivate any unused accounts to create a change history at the employee level.
- Toggle the Show slider below the Account Number to view the entire bank account number.
- Direct Deposit payments can only be sent to active banking institutions within the United States.
💡 Employees can split their pay by having a portion sent via direct deposit and the remainder paid via a live (paper) check.
