Online statements are available by logging into your Heartland Infocentral user account. If you do not have an Infocentral account, or if you prefer hard copies, you can request for statements to be mailed to you. Mailed statements cost $24.95 per month. Contact customer service at (888) 963-3600 to:
- Sign up for mailed statements
- Stop receiving mailed statements
Request the change before the 25th day of the month for the following month’s statement. When you contact customer service, be prepared to confirm your identity. Provide:
- Two of these:
- Merchant identification number (MID)
- Terminal identification number (TID) of one device
- Doing business as (DBA) name
- Legal or DBA address, including city and state or postal code.
- DBA Phone Number
- One of these:
- Custom Password
- Last four digits of the merchant demand deposit account (DDA)
- Last four digits of the owner’s Social Security number (SSN)
- All of these:
- Legal Name
- Federal Tax ID
- Signer Name(s)
