Standard Statement: This is the statement for pass through pricing. The price includes the interchange rate plus what has been calculated for needed margins. It lists basic information, but doesn’t break down interchange fees by type. It only lists totals.
Non-qualified Statement: This statement shows pass through priced participants a break-out of their non-qualified transactions. If you were initially set up with the Standard statement and want to change to the non-qualified statement, contact customer service. Be prepared to provide:
- DBA name
- Merchant identification number
- Who is requesting the statement
- A formal request a for non-qualified statements
Interchange (Cost) Plus Statement: This statement breaks out all Interchange transactions by discount and transaction fee.
Daily Totals by Card Type Breakout: This statement lists individual daily totals for deposits by each card type, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Chain Recap Statement (Master Statement): This statement shows all locations that have been included with your business chain. You can view 'Month To Date' and 'Year To Date' totals for all card types. You have the option to receive this statement by mail or electronically. If you receive the statement electronically, the paper statement can be stopped. However, a monthly statement fee will still be charged. The individual locations will still receive statements based on subscriptions choices.
Idine Statements: This statement shows information about the Idine rewards program.
Simplified Merchant Statement: This statement shows a simplified breakdown of the annual sales volume.
