Account Administrators may select Users from the left menu to manage access permissions for various users on the My Account page. 

There are three tiers of users:  Account Admin, Advanced User, and Basic User.    You may view details about any specific user by clicking on the caret on the right side of the screen.

These have following permissions:

Account Admin:

• Manage User Roles
• View Documents
• View Dashboard
• Order Equipment
• View Equipment
• Contact Support

Advanced User: 

• View Dashboard
• Order Equipment
• View Equipment
• Contact Support

Basic User:

• View Equipment
• Contact Support

If you have administrative access, you can change the access level of any other users of the account by dragging the bar up and down on the Roles and Permissions section on the right.
