What is JobTarget?

JobTarget is a job board aggregator that helps you publish your jobs to as many as 25,000 different job boards including both free and premium sites.

How can JobTarget help with my hiring process?

JobTarget helps you attract more job seekers to your job postings. You can increase the visibility of your job postings by publishing them to different job boards available on JobTarget.  This includes major boards such as Indeed, or niche, domain-specific ones, or even college job boards.

How does it work?

After you post a job on our Hiring platform, there will be an option on the job to publish it to JobTarget. If you choose the option, we will publish the job to JobTarget and take you to JobTarget’s platform where you can choose the job boards you want to publish to.

Which job boards are available on JobTarget?

You can visit JobTarget’s marketplace to search for and see the various job boards where you can publish jobs.

What are the charges?

How do I know which job board is right for me?

On JobTarget’s marketplace you can search by job title or by industry and find job boards that you think will get you the right candidates. You can also visit the job boards to see if they have the right audience for you.

If I close a job posting, will any campaigns running on JobTarget also end?

Yes, when you close a job in the Hiring platform it will close the job on JobTarget as well. However, depending on the various job boards you have pushed to, it may take up to 24 hours for the job to be closed on all job boards.

Can I see reports about the performance of my campaigns?

Yes, you can find analytics and reports about your campaigns on the JobTarget platform.
