Edit a Current Accrual Plan
Employees → Accruals → Accruals tab → Pencil icon under Actions
Service Date: Employee’s Hire Date (default), or Adjusted Service Date (if entered).
Length of Service: The tenure is based upon the Hire Date or Adjusted Service Date.
Accrual Category: Earning associated with the Accrual Plan. (Sick, Vacation, or PTO)
Plan Name: Customizable to easily identify plans.
Plan Schedule: How often the accrual will be calculated.
Current Balance: The employee’s current accrual balance is based on the last payroll run.
Update Balance: Manually update the employee’s balance.
💡 The balance will be updated when you process the next payroll.
