What should I upload if I don't have a voided check?

In lieu of a voided check you may send us a bank verification letter on bank letterhead; or a counter check.

What do I do if I no longer have access to the email address I used to create my account?

Unfortunately if you no longer have access to the email address they used for their username we currently don't have a way to fix this.   You will need to create a new account. 

If you change your email address in our system in order to receive email, that does not change your username.

Customer Experience will check your file to ensure we have  received the information you sent. and to ensure there isn't anything else needed.

I’m eligible for a loan renewal.  How do I get more capital?

Customer Experience will check your renewal date and ask a few clarifying questions. Renewal date varies from lender to lender but the rule of thumb is you are eligible if you have paid off 50% of the initial loan.

We ask what type of loan you are looking for, whether you have  paid more on their current loan than just the required payments, if you have had an increase in your monthly revenue, and whether you took the maximum amount offered.
