How does the Loan Process Work?

  1. You may either be contacted by one of Heartland’s sales representatives, who will walk you through the process, or you may start by filling on the form on the Heartland website.
  2. This will put you in touch with our lending partner, Lendio.  
  3. You will be sent a welcome email, with instructions for how to fill out the application.
  4. A Financial Manager from Lendio will contact you.  They will make three attempts by phone, and will also send you an email and an SMS text message.
  5. You will then be requested for the details associated with your application package.
  6. Lendio will then review your application, and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.
  7. A loan offer, if it is approved, will then be sent to you. 
  8. The offer will be placed in the Lendio portal.
  9. Once the offer is accepted, the lender will send you a contract.  
  10. The accepted and approved loan is then funded, and you will be notified.
