Step 2: First Time Logging Into Your Account

 

Step 1

Log in to your portal by visiting your URL (indicated on the welcome email).

Step 2

You will be directed to your accounts login page. Use your Email and Password you created in the verification stage. You will also receive an email with your login information and mobile app credentials.

Step 3

You will be asked to put your one-time password (OTP). This will be sent to your email by default. This is a required security feature to keep your account safe.
