The following guide covers and explains the Time & Attendance system when accessed via a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android phone. Some of the features described below may not apply to you.
How to Install the App
- If you are using an Android phone, go to the Google Play Store.
If you are using an iPhone, go to the iOS App Store.
- In the search bar for the selected store, enter the app name provided by your company.
- Once selected, click “Install” or “Get.”
How to Sign In
- Open the Application.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Tap on the login button.
How to Sign Out
Tap on the icon next to My Schedule icon on the left:
Tap on the Logout option.
How to Enter Time Duration
- Go to the Timesheets tab.
- Tap on the desired Date to enter time.
- Tap on the PLUS (“+”) icon
- Enter Time Duration hours.
- Select Job type
- Tap on the “Save” icon in the top right corner.
How to View your Schedule
To view your schedule, go to the menu and select Schedule.
How to View and Submit Your Timesheet
- Go to the menu and select Timesheets.
- Review the summary of your Paid Hours.
- Tap on the “>” arrow mark to the right of the date and time to view the punched in details.
- Tap on Submit.
- You should see a “Waiting for approval” message.
How to Book Time Off
- Go to the menu and select Time Off.
- Tap on the PLUS (“+”) sign.
- Choose the Time Off Type on the top of the screen.
- Insert any applicable comments or documents to your Time Off request.
- Tap Submit
