As an administrator, you can manage the actions and activities of your employees through a mobile device.
If you open the app on your phone, login with your account credentials.
You can at any time toggle between several other views on your mobile device.
From any screen, you may click on the three bars at the upper left of your screen to toggle between
- Dashboard view
- Team Schedule View
- Team Timesheets
- Team Time Off
You will see a dashboard divided into three sections:
- Needs Attention
- Needs Approval
- Team Status
On this screen you will immediately see any logins that require your action. These will be divided into sections including Clocked in Late, Clocked out Late, Not Clocked In, Not Clocked Out, Did not Start their Break, Outside the Geo-Fence, Open Shifts, and Unpublished Shifts.
From here, you can view the specified individual’s timesheet, or send them a message to tell them to correct it.
By clicking on the arrow “>” on the right, you can see more details about the employee’s schedule. If you click on the small icon on the lower part of the screen, you can see more information about where the person was when they clocked in.
You can see a map of their location when they punched in (marked in green) and punched out (marked in red), and when they took their break (marked in yellow)
Under the Needs Approval tab, you will find both timesheets that need approval and any requests, such as time off requested by employees.
On this page, you can see the details, approve or reject the timesheets, and/or approve or reject the requests.
At any given time, you can check the current status and whereabouts of your employees.
Team Schedule View
By going to the Team Schedule view from the menu you can see a quick overview of all employees' schedules.
You can see the details of any element here by tapping the block.
On this screen, you can adjust the start date, choose the shift template, and see the shift name.
You may set the start time, end time, and time zone, and then identify if you would like this shift to repeat. You can then assign the shift to one of your employees, and they will be notified and scheduled.
You can also specify for where the job is located. Once you have completed this screen, click “Update.”
Team Timesheets View
From the menu, if you choose the Timesheets view, you can see a list of all of the timesheets in all statuses.
If you click on any timesheet, you can see the details for the hours that have been recorded for the employee in question.
Below is a list of all of the days within a specific time period.
Team Time Off View
The team Time Off View has two tabs, one for Team Bookings, and one for Team Balance.
The Team Bookings page will provide details about each individual's off requests. You can see a count of employee request by status across the top listing including: All, Approved, Not Submitted, and Waiting for Approval.
For each booking you can click on its block to get detailed information about each time off request and take action.
You can also add time off records by clicking on the plus (“+”) sign on the page. Choose the employee, add the time off type, choose the date(s), add any comments, and/or attach a file.
By choosing the Team Balance tab, you can get a glance at the time off balances for your entire team.
