Facial Recognition Setup

iPad Based

The first time you attempt to log in using face id, you will get this message.

This is because there is no Face ID  to be able to register your image against.   Select Use Pincode.  You will be brought to this screen.

Enter your employee pincode to log in.  It will then prompt you to set up your Face ID.

To set up your Face ID in 3 quick steps:

  1. From the top left icon dropdown select SET UP FACE ID.

  2. Look into the iPad and make sure your face is fully in the frame and select the Set Face ID button.

  3. If the setup is successful, you will see a big white check mark and the Go to CLOCK IN & OUT button will be available, which you may use for clocking in.
