Facial Recognition Setup

iPad Based

The first time you attempt to log in using face id, you will get this message.

This is because there is no Face ID  to be able to register your image against.   Click on Use Pincode.  You will be brought to this screen.

Enter your employee pincode to log in.  It will then prompt you to set up your Face ID.

To set up your Face ID in 3 quick steps:

  1. From the top left icon dropdown click on SET UP FACE ID.

  2. Look into the iPad and make sure you get in the full frame of your face, click the Set Face ID button.

  3. If the setup is successful, you will see a big white checkmark and the Go to CLOCK IN AND OUT button will be available for you to click on and start your day!
