The Reports section provides reports on a few key aspects of the system, namely employee timesheets, time-off requests, and scheduling. Users can filter by a date range, expand information for closer analysis, and download reports for record-keeping and archiving. All reports can be downloaded as a CSV by clicking on View Full Report and choosing the Options button on the upper right.
Timesheet Reports
The first tab, or landing page, of the reports section is the Timesheets tab. Reports available include but are not limited to:

- Punches by Location - here you can see a record, and a map of all punches that have occurred in specific locations
- Hours by Timesheet Period - here is a report of hours aggregated for each time sheet period, including regular time, double-time, time and a half hours, and total hours.
- Hours by Day - here you can see a complete report of hours logged per day.
- Punch Data - here is a listing of hours punched in, as well as break times taken by your employees.
- Flagged Answer - If you have set up custom questions for employees to answer on your timesheets, here you can see an overall or detailed report of the numbers who responded specific ways to these questions. These will show answers that are marked as "send notifications" on the custom drop-down form.
- Punch Audit Trail - This report will provide a history of any changes made to Employee punch cards.

Timesheet Details - This report provides detailed information including punch data, tied to the total earnings for each day.
Time Off Reports
The second tab of the Reports section is the Time Off tab. Reports available here are:

- Time Off Balance - this report will show available time off balances per employee, including the balance amount, and any assigned policies
- Time Off Requests - this report provides detailed information for any outstanding time off requests by employees.

Time Off Accrual - see how much outstanding time available has been accrued by employees.
Schedule Reports
The third tab in the Reports section is the Schedule tab. Reports presented include:

- Scheduled Hours vs Actual Hours. - see a side by side comparison of both numbers for all employees.
- Scheduled Hours by Shift - see a simple chart of hours scheduled by shift, or a detailed report for all employees.
- Shift Time Adherence - At a glance, see who has or has not met their scheduled shifts.

Scheduled Hours vs. Actual Punch hours with rounded data. - Similar to the scheduled hours report above, but including information about rounded shift data.
Payroll Reports
The fourth tab in the Reports section is the Payroll tab. Reports presented include:

- Total Cost By Job - This report calculates the payroll expenses for each individual job recorded.

Total Paid Hours by Location - As described, this report shows the number of hours employees have been paid for by work location.
HR Reports
The fifth tab in the Reports section is the HR Reports tab. Reports presented include

- Time Clock PIN Report - includes employees who are assigned a clock PIN

Employee Profile Report - Includes all employee profile data.
For both of these reports, to see the data in spreadsheet format, click on View Report.
