If you navigate to Administration -Company and select the Organizational Structure tab, you can view your organization's structure.
To add organizational structures or groups within your company, you will need to add these through Payroll. If you need to set up or change your organizational structure(s), please contact your Payroll Team.
From the Administration - Company tab in the Navigation bar, click the Organizational Structure tab .
- Add any groups from Labor fields that have been set up in Payroll by selecting Add Groups from Labor Fields
- Sync data directly from Payroll by selecting Sync Groups from Labor Fields.
- If your organization uses a 2 tier structure (such as department/division), you will need to toggle the Enable 2 Tier Org Structure Sent to Heartland Payroll toggle switch.
