- From the Administration - Company tab in the Navigation bar, click the Organizational Structure tab .
- . Then, add first the blanket group such as location or branch for offices with several locations by clicking the Add Organizational Structure button).

Add Organizational window will pop-up. Type the name of the Organizational Structure such as the Location/Department/Division, etc.
- If you will be adding several blanket categories, add all top-level groups first before starting with the subgroups. See the example below.
- Start adding the subgroup.
- Click the Plus ("+") button inside the group you want to put subgroup to.
- An Add New Save.
- Once added, the sub-category will be shown inside the box of the top-level category.
- Click the Plus ("+") button inside the group you want to put subgroup to.
- Add as many subgroups as needed before adding another sub-level. When adding another sub-level, click on the plus sign of the subgroup it should belong to.
- An Add New window will pop-up. Fill out all the necessary information and click Save.
- Once saved, the subgroup will appear under its mother group.
- Add as many subgroups as you need by clicking on the plus sign that of their mother group or the group they will be under.
