Administration of roles and Permissions is accessible by top level administrators by choosing Administration - Company, and then selecting the Administrators tab.
Here you will see a list of existing administrators of the system, their organizational structure access (Full or Restricted), and to which roles each administrator is assigned.
Full access provides access to the entire set of activities associated with a specified role.
Administrators can be given “Restricted Access” which is based on location or any organizational structure saved in the system such as location, department, or roles. If the person is only supposed to have access to a certain organizational level, click on the level to which the admin is supposed to have access.
Below are the permissions associated with each specified role. Individuals can be assigned to more than one role, and permissions may be mixed and matched depending on the individual.
HR Administrator
HR administrators by default are given access to:
- Add Employee
- Delete Employee
- Edit Employee
- Manage Employee Records
- Manage Groups
- Manage Imports
- Manage Locations
- Manage Pay Groups
- Setup Notifications
- Terminate Employee
- View Employee Records
While off by default they may also be given access to:
- View Personal Pay Data
- View Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
Time and Attendance Administrator
Time and Attendance administrators by default are given access to:
- Manage Breaks
- Manage Holiday Calendars
- Manage Jobs
- Setup Custom Fields
- Setup Manage Clocks
- Setup Pay Rules Policies
- Setup Time Off
- Setup Timesheets
While off by default they may also be given access to:
- View Personal Pay Data
- View Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
Payroll Manager
Payroll Managers by default are given access to:
- Download PBJ Reports
- Finalize PBJ Reports
- Force Approve Time Off Bookings
- Force Approve Timesheets
- Manage Payroll
- Manage Time Off Bookings
- Manage View Run Reports
- Manual Adjust Time Off Ledger
- Edit Timesheets

Hiring Administrator
Hiring Administrators by default are given access to:
- Access Candidate Database

- Create Job

- View App Messages
While off by default they may also be given access to:

Onboarding Administrator
Onboarding administrators by default are given access to:
