Under Administration on the left menu, select Employees .
Select the employee who you wish to designate as supervisor. Under the Profile tab, select Employment Info .
Near the bottom of the page, under Supervisor Information, select the edit box labeled Employee is a supervisor .
Select Yes then Save.
Next, scroll up, and choose the Time and Attendance tab.
Near the bottom of the page, select the individual roles to which this person will have supervisory responsibilities.
Select all or some of the below responsibilities. These will determine what access this person is given.
- Manage team’s shift assignments
- Edit team’s Time off Bookings
- Edit team’s timesheets
- Reopen Timesheets
- View team’s timesheets
- View/run reports for team
- View team’s pay data
- Manage crisis events
- Team Punch/Bulk Punches
- View/Edit Revenue data
