You can access Timesheet Blocks by navigating to Administration - Timesheet Settings, and when creating a new template or editing an existing one, select the Timesheet Blocks tab.
In/Out time entry is designed for when you wish employees to manually log their login and logout times.
- Drag the In/Out Time Entry block to the Timesheet Template Preview.
- Add any necessary custom fields related to Work.
- Add any necessary custom fields related to Breaks.
- Identify whether Jobs and Comments are necessary to be tagged when encoding worked hours.
- Decide whether Time Off information such as the number of remaining vacation, sick, or other time off hours should be displayed in the employee’s timesheets.
- Choose whether employees are to Manually Enter Break Time or have Automatic Breaks. For the automatic break, set by after how many hours of continuous work will the employee have an automatic break and for how long.
- Identify whether manually entered times are to be rounded up/down.
- Click Save.
