15 - RECORD NOT FOUND: The terminal application is not functioning correctly. If there are transactions in the batch, verify you have all the receipts and call customer care for help. They will troubleshoot the issue. If needed, they can order a replacement terminal and determine the next steps for unsettled transactions.
