If you have Admin credentials, full card numbers are available in Heartland InfoCentral.
Contact customer service at 1-888-963-3600 to request batch information that includes full (unmasked) card numbers. For security reasons, do not share individual card numbers with the customer service agent that assists you.
Be prepared to provide:
- Merchant identification number (MID)
- Terminal identification number (TID)
- Batch number
- Email (as listed on the merchant account)
- Name of the responsible party (person requesting the information)
This information can only be sent to the email address on file, and can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. The entire batch is sent; we are not able to send or provide card numbers for individual transactions.
