As part of a Heartland initiative to transition to a more robust Disputes Management tool (new), the Disputes menu displays a Disputes Legacy option and a Disputes Management option.
Cases in the Disputes Legacy system are still included on Polaris or SSRS reports. From the Reports menu, select Reports (again) to access legacy dispute information.
Cases that exist in the Disputes Management system will be reported separately in a new reporting tool. From the Reports menu, select Disputes Reporting to access that information.
