Heartland offers a robust Disputes Management tool.

Dispute Reports

From the Reports menu, select Reports (again) to access legacy dispute information.

Cases that exist in the Disputes Management system will be reported separately in a new reporting tool. From the Reports menu, select Disputes Reporting to access that information.
