Once your application for new Heartland InfoCentral services is accepted, an email welcoming you to Heartland is automatically sent to the submitted email address. This email includes a link that, when selected, walks you through setting up your Heartland InfoCentral account.
The link in an welcome email is active for five (5) days (120 hours) from receiving the email. If the link expires before completing the account setup, contact customer service to request a new welcome email.
The Heartland InfoCentral account requires establishing a unique username, a password, and security questions with answers. When finished, the system navigates to the Login page.
