Chain Statements

When viewing Heartland InfoCentral at the chain (corporate) level, select Statements from the Statements drop-down menu to open the chain Statements page.

Type the criteria into the search box. You can search by DBA, MID, or Location. Predictive text helps narrow the search results.

The date range default is to list the current month’s statements. To change the date range, select the start and end dates from the date menus.

• Remove All: Removes all the search results; clears the Locations box.
• Add All: Adds all of the Search box locations to the Locations box.
• Locations: Displays the chain’s merchant locations that have been added using the Type to add a location to view statements for box or by selecting Add All.
• Search: Initiates the search, and then displays the results. Select a statement from the list to open it as PDF.
• Columns: Use this dropdown menu to choose which columns to display.
• Merchant #: This is the Heartland MID.
• Statements Per Page: From the drop-down menu at the bottom left of the page, select an option to list up to 25, 50, or 100 of the available statements per page.
• Page Display: At the bottom right of the page, select the Next and Prev buttons to navigate through pages of records.
• Export to PDF: Select this button to export the statement report to a PDF file.
• Export to ZIP: Select this button to export the statement report to a ZIP file.
