When logging in for the first time, make sure the time on the computer is correct. If it is incorrect, the login screen will continue to display after entering your credentials. Once the time is corrected, close all browser windows, open a new browser window, and then try again.
Note: Chrome is the preferred browser for InfoCentral.
To change the time on your computer, right-click on the time in the bottom-right (Windows) or top-right (MAC) corner of your display. Adjust the settings until it shows the correct information.
If features are missing or content is not displaying correctly,
- Ensure your browser's Compatibility Mode is enabled.
- Check your browser's privacy settings (Tools > Internet Options > Privacy)
- Delete the browser cookies and browsing history (Tools > Internet Option > Delete Browsing History)
- Try an alternative web browser or another computer, if available.
