You have the option of setting up specific premium rates for specific shifts which occur at certain days or times, which can then be used in Employee Templates.
To add a shift premium policy, under Administration, choose Pay Rules & Codes.
Then choose the Shift Premium tab and select Add Shift Premium Policy on the right.
Enter a name and description for your premium policy, specify which days and hours this premium should take effect. Set a pay rate multiplier and/or any additional pay-per-hour, and indicate whether you want to apply any existing overtime rate factors to this premium.
Once you are ready, you can activate the shift using the status entry. Select Save.
