- To import new employees, under Administration on the left hand menu, select Import and select Upload under New Employee Census.
- Select Download Template and fill out the spreadsheet after downloading.
- Minimum required fields include:
- Employee SSN
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Start Date
- Employee Type
- Time Zone
- Pay Group
- Pay Type
- Save the downloaded spreadsheet and enter an Import name.
- Select Browse under Upload The Completed Templates and select the file you would like to upload.
- The Review section displays errors to fix.
- If there are any errors, select View on the right.
Below are some sample errors: - Once you have fixed all of the errors and upload a complete employee template, no errors will display. Select Import. This will import your new employees.
