The Offer Letter section allows you to create offer letter templates. These can be sent to employees to  E-sign. There is no limit to how many offer letter templates can be created.

When you select the edit button, It will bring you to all the different options in customizing your offer letter.

• Logo: Add company Logo
• Build offer letter: You have the option of providing a number of preset fields to automatically populate personalized information for your company and for the new employee.  See the instructions to the right of the screenshot for how to display these.
• Have an approver see the offer letter before it gets sent to the employee.
• Permissions: who can edit the offer letter.
• Signatures: who can sign the offer letters.
