When a Job Application Form is being edited, you can perform the following three actions at any time:
- Preview: This displays how the application will look to the candidate.
- Save as Draft: Saves the current Job Application Form in Draft mode. Candidates will not be able to view a Job Application when it is in Draft mode.
- Publish Form: Saves the current Job Application Form and makes it available to candidates.
To perform these actions:
- Click the Hiring menu at the top of the page.
- From the left navigation panel, click Administration > Application Forms.
- Click the the Edit icon for the Job Application form to update.
- Select either the Preview, Save as Draft, or Publish Form.
