The Messages section displays messages between you and Applicants.

The main page displays all messages directly to the applicant.

By selecting the ">" on the right, you can get a view of the entire conversation between you and the potential hire:

You may communicate back and forth with the applicant by selecting Send Message at the bottom of the page. If texting is enabled, you may also send a  direct text, and you may optionally send any attachments you wish:

Deleting Messages

To delete a message, hover over the message in question and select the trashcan icon.



You will receive a message confirming your action.  It is important to note that while deleting a message deletes it for all users within your company, it will not be deleted for the candidate.
