1 - DEVICE NOT OPEN: Power cycle the terminal, and then retry the transaction.
2 - DEVICE ALREADY OPEN: Power cycle the terminal, and then retry the transaction.
4 - NO DATA AVAILABLE: The card read failed. Try another card or manually enter the card number.
7 - CANNOT CLOSE READER: Power cycle the terminal, and then retry the transaction.
PARTIAL CARD READ: The card swipe failed. The card might be damaged, or the card reader dirty. Clean the card reader and try the transaction again. If needed, call customer care for help. They will troubleshoot the issue and can order a replacement terminal.
UNREADABLE CARD: The card is pulled incorrectly through the reader. Try swiping the card again.
These errors require additional research. Call customer care for help:
- 0 - NO RESULT AVAILABLE
- 3 - INVALID PARAM
- 5 - UNSUPPORTED FUNCTION
- 6 - CANNOT FLUSH
- 8 - CANNOT ACCESS
